FIA WEC 2025: Kick-off in Qatar

As in the previous season, the Losail International Circuit will host the traditional FIA WEC “Prologue” on February 21 and 22. This official testing session will allow teams to fine-tune their setups before the season begins, which will kick off a few days later with the first race: the 1812 km of Qatar, from February 26 to 28.
The 2025 edition of the World Endurance Championship promises to be exceptional with an unprecedentedly rich grid. No fewer than thirteen global manufacturers will be on the starting line, fielding a total of 18 Hypercars and 18 LMGT3 cars. In the premier category, Aston Martin will make its grand debut with two Valkyries, marking its return to the highest level of endurance racing. On the LMGT3 side, Mercedes-AMG will strengthen a category that once again promises spectacular races.
